For over 16 years, Caroline has dedicated her career to helping businesses invest in their greatest asset: the people behind the company. A specialist in Employee Benefits and Group Retirement, she operates on the belief that meaningful solutions begin with a conversation beyond the numbers. Caroline co-founded WHG with her husband and business partner, Fred, to provide the expert, high-touch service their clients deserve. Today, she continues to prioritize deep-rooted relationships, delivering simple, effective solutions that just work.

Caroline is a true country woman at heart. In her early years, she competed across North America for 15 years with her families show horses—a discipline she now brings to her professional life. Today, she believes in living each day to the fullest, embracing all the seasonal sports. An avid photographer, Caroline finds joy in capturing high-energy moments of life with Fred and their combined family of five: Alyssa, Ryan, Carter, Alexandra, and Fred Jr., who is also a partner at WHG. Above all, her heart’s true home is her family, right down to their crew of Labradors. At the heart of their work and home, Caroline and Fred are driven by the same core values: integrity, family, and a genuine care for the people they support.

Caroline is licensed for life and health insurance in Ontario. Caroline is licensed in Quebec and Ontario to sell Group Health Benefits Programs. Caroline is not registered to sell Mutual Funds.
